General Manager

The General Manager role is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of a Curzon cinema. The manager handles all operational issues, leading and motivating the team, delivering a premium quality guest experience, growing awareness and sales & maximising profitability.

Assistant Manager

The role of Assistant Manager works alongside the General Manager and to work with them to ensure excellent standards of Customer Service and venue management.

Duty Manager

The role of Duty Manager is to work alongside the General and Assistant Manager on all aspects of running the cinema, ensure excellent standards of customer service.  Our duty managers are upbeat, hard-working people with a flexible attitude and a passion for film, customer service and people.

Head Chef

Our head chefs manage the Curzon kitchens to agreed standards and ensure that the cinema’s bar and restaurant have consistent and high levels of customer service. The head chef manages costs and meets forecasts, working closely with the management team in order to maintain high standards and high food quality.
