Sir John Hegarty has been at the forefront of the global advertising industry for over six decades working with brands such as Levi’s, Audi, Boddingtons, Lynx, British Airways and Johnnie Walker.
He was a founding partner of Saatchi and Saatchi in 1970. In 1982 he helped found Bartle Bogle Hegarty with his two partners John Bartle and Nigel Bogle. The Agency became one of the most awarded Ad agencies in the world. This year it won a BAFTA for its film on refugees, 'Home'. It now has offices across the globe including London, New York, Shanghai and Mumbai.
John’s creative awards are numerous including the D&AD President’s Award for outstanding achievement. He was invited to be an Honorary Fellow of the UK Marketing Society in recognition of his contribution to outstanding communication campaigns and in 2007 was awarded a Knighthood by the Queen. He is also the author of two books about advertising and creativity.
In 2014 John helped set up The Garage in Soho, an incubator company for disruptive business ideas.

Katherine currently sits on a number of boards of current investment companies Katherine has over 25 years of experience working throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia in finance, consulting, M&A and business operations and has extensive experience in managing growth companies.
In 1996 Katherine Priestly co-founded KP Productions, a highly regarded theatre production company.

Dr Herbert G. Kloiber has been at the forefront of the growth of the Tele Munchen Group developing it into the fully integrated media corporation company it is today. Specialising in content provision for cinema, home entertainment, TV and VOD, TMG is one of the largest license trading companies in Europe and one of the most respected players in the international market.
In 2007, Dr Kloiber became Honorary Professor as well as Head of the Department of Production and Media Economics at University of Television and Film, Munich. He is also an Advisory Director of The Metropolitan Opera, New York, Chairman of the European Advisory Board of The Cleveland Orchestra and Vice President of the Wiener Musikverein Concert Hall, Vienna.
Herbert Kloiber was awarded with the Chevalier des Arts et Lettres and the Chevalier de la Légion d’honneur by the French Republic; the Bavarian Order of Merit, the Grand Decoration of Honour for Services to the Republic of Austria and the Directorate Award from the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
