Work at Curzon
Curzon is proud to be a group of diverse and creative individuals, with a passion for films, cinema and customer experience. We strongly believe in our philosophy and values.
Our Values
In 2015, Curzon demonstrated its commitment to fair pay by becoming a Living Wage Employer, a pledge that has been highly beneficial for our teams.
In 2020, we started an internal-development strategy that has seen more than 80% of head-office vacancies filled by our cinema teams. This has increased engagement and diversity across the whole company, and created an environment where teamwork is greatly valued.
In 2021, we partnered with Westminster Employment on a council-run scheme that provides employment opportunities to people with learning difficulties, which has helped them become financially independent and develop their workplace skills with us. In 2022 we professionally trained a team of Mental Health First Aiders to ensure we support our employees during hard times and keep inclusivity our priority.
At Curzon we strongly believe that a diverse team performs better by sharing different ideas, view points and cultural experiences, and it is more engaged. Ultimately, our diversity represents our identity and culture.
